FlightScope Terms and Conditions for subscription services

  1. Scope

    These Subscription and Services Terms apply only to paid or free access tiers for FlightScope’s subscription-based Services (for example, enhanced functionality within the FlightScope cloud/data platform), where you purchase or activate a time-limited access plan.

    They do not govern:

    1. purchases of physical Products (governed by Terms of Sale),

    2. one-time feature activations that are perpetual (governed by the applicable Product terms), or

    3. hardware extended warranty plans (governed by Service Contract terms).

  2. Definitions

    Services: subscription-based software features and digital solutions provided by FlightScope.

    Subscription: a time-limited, renewable right to access Services for a defined term (e.g., monthly or annually).

    Perpetual one-time feature activations are not Subscriptions unless expressly stated.

    Free Trial: a time-limited trial access offered at no charge, where expressly offered.

  3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 (or age of majority) and legally capable of contracting.

  4. Subscription Terms; Billing

    Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription term.

    Subscription periods and pricing are shown at purchase or in your Account settings.

  5. Renewals and Cancellation

    Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When a Subscription term ends, access to paid features ends unless you renew or repurchase.

  6. Refunds

    Except as required by law, Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription term has started.

  7. Account Security; Third-Party Login

    You are responsible for your Account security. If you choose to log in via a third-party identity provider (e.g., Google/Facebook), you also agree to their terms and policies.

  8. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or disrupt operations.

  9. Disclaimer and Liability

    Services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, to the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightScope disclaims warranties and limits liability consistent with the Terms of Sale.

    If you are a Consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you repair or replacement rights, and price reduction rights.

  10. Changes

    Changes are governed by the Changes section of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
